A plain-language voluntary policy for a one-time digital download.

Requests considered within 14 days

Contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase if you were charged more than once for the same order, or if a technical delivery or file-access problem prevents you from using the toolkit and we cannot restore access after reasonable troubleshooting.

Change of mind

Because the reusable files are delivered digitally after checkout, our voluntary policy does not normally cover change-of-mind requests after successful access or download. Please review the complete file list before purchasing.

How to request help

Email support@saasfeecalculator.com with the checkout email, Creem order or receipt number, purchase date, and a description of the duplicate charge or technical access problem. Do not send payment-card details.

Processing

Creem is the Merchant of Record and processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank and card-network timing can vary.
