For a purchase question

Include the email address used at checkout, the Creem order or receipt number, and a concise description of the issue. Never email a card number, security code, password, or full script.

For a technical issue

Tell us which file will not open, your operating system and browser, and the exact error message. Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain private script material.

Payment records

Creem is the Merchant of Record and handles payment, applicable taxes, receipts, and approved refunds. We may ask you to use Creem's receipt or support flow when the request concerns a payment record.
