Your scripts and permissions

You keep ownership of content you enter. Only use scripts you wrote or have permission to rehearse. Do not use CuePartner to redistribute, publish, or share copyrighted scripts.

Tool availability

CuePartner is provided as-is and may change or stop without notice. Script parsing and browser voice playback can make mistakes, so verify important wording against your authorized script.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the tool for unlawful, abusive, or rights-infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site or bypass browser security controls.
• Do not misrepresent CuePartner as being affiliated with a production or rights holder.

Rehearsal Toolkit purchase

The CuePartner Rehearsal Toolkit is a one-time $9.90 digital download, not a subscription. Creem is the Merchant of Record and handles checkout, payment, applicable sales tax, receipts, digital delivery, and approved refunds.

A purchaser may edit and reuse the included planning files for their own rehearsals or private teaching practice. The toolkit itself may not be resold, republished, shared as a template pack, or made available for public download. No copyrighted script or scene text is included.

Delivery and refunds

Download access is supplied digitally after successful checkout. Review the separate refund policy before purchasing. That voluntary policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your location.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CuePartner is not liable for lost rehearsal data, incorrect parsing, unavailable device voices, or decisions made from the tool’s output.
